1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nivo ("the Service"), operated by Sizzle ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nivo is an email productivity platform that connects to your Gmail or Google Workspace account. The Service reads, classifies, drafts responses to, and archives emails on your behalf based on your preferences. Nivo may also provide calendar management, contact organization, and voice-based interactions.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nivo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Google Account Access

Nivo requires access to your Google account (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts) to function. By connecting your account, you authorize Nivo to read, send, modify, and archive emails; read calendar events; and access contact information on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or by removing the account in Nivo Settings.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use Nivo to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email; (b) attempt to bypass credit limits or billing restrictions; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service; (d) share your account with unauthorized users; (e) use the Service for any illegal purpose.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your email data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of Nivo are owned by Sizzle. You retain ownership of your email content. By using Nivo, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that Nivo will classify emails correctly, draft error-free responses, or be available without interruption. You are responsible for reviewing all email actions before they are sent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sizzle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost emails, missed communications, or incorrect drafts.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion permanently removes all your data from our servers, including emails, contacts, threads, billing records, and preferences. This action is irreversible.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
